General Terms

None of my work is to be used in NFTs/AI programs.
Fake commission offers will be met with a ' :( ' and a block.
I’m alright with my work being used for advertising/self-promotion (such as posting it in galleries, social medias, other fun sites) so long as I am asked beforehand (it’s just polite in general).
It is not acceptable to claim ownership or take credit for creating my art, that will be met with a ‘>:(’ and some issues.
Going with the previous bullet point, all of my work will contain a signature; attempting to remove it will be considered an act of plagiarism.
I reserve the right to turn down/cancel a commission at any time (as of right now, I am a college student and I’m just planning ahead in case any funny college hijinks get in the way); in the event that I must do so, a proper refund will be given to the commissioner.

Commissions

I would prefer if commissioners would contact me through email, however I'm fine with people contacting me through insta, tumblr, or discord as well.
As far as payment goes, I will require 50% of the payment upon sending the first sketch and the other 50% upon sending the completed commission.
If commissioned, please understand that it will take me some time to fully complete a work (depending on complexity); furthermore, as of right now I am enrolled in university, so other funny issues might occur to delay a commissions completion; I will do my best to complete a commission within 1-2 weeks, but please understand if a setback occurs.
As previously stated, in the event that I must cancel a commission, I will give a refund to the affected commissioner.
Upon the initial commission, I'll most likely send a few different sketches to ensure that things are on track before I begin the actual commission--this is more of a precaution because my style is incredibly stylized, and I don't want to upset anyone :(
I will ALWAYS send a commissioner a large sketch acting as a rough draft of the commission—THIS is the opportunity for clients to give me corrections, make changes, etc. Making repeated major changes after this point will affect the price.
Upon a commission’s completion; I will send the image to the commissioner’s preferred email account.
